How do I place an order?

Is a deposit requiered?

Yes a 50% deposit is required for all orders. It is required to secure your booking. This ensures your items are reserved and your date is locked in.

When is the remaining balance due?

The remaining balance is typically due before or at time of delivery. 

Do you offer delivery and set up?

Yes! We offer delivery, set up, and pick up for your convenience. Delivery and set ups fees depend on distance and order size. 

What are your delivery times?

We provide delivery windows (for example 9-10 AM or 1-2PM) to ensure smooth routing and timely service for all customers. 

What happens if I need to cancel ?

Deposits are non-refundable but we'll do the best to work with you if you need to reschedule. 

What if items get damaged?

We understand accidents happen. However, customers are responsible for any lost or damaged items during rental period.

Can I change my order after booking?

Yes changes can be made depending on availability. We recommend finalizing your order a week in advance before your event.

Do you offer package deals?

Yes! We offer discounted packages based on guest count. Contact us to find the best option for your event.

How far in advance could we book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and busy seasons.
